I want to make sweet and sour pork and plan to use the VH Sweet and Sour cooking sauce....anyone have a recipe? Or do I just fry up the pork, add veggies and stir fry, then the VH sauce...

I would prepare the pork as directed in this recipe:
    http://allrecipes.com/recipe/sweet-and-sour-pork-iii/
and omit making the sauce, subbing in the VH sauce.

if you don't want to deep fry the pork, I'm sure you can just marinate it (like in the recipe) and pan fry with less oil in a non-stick skillet.

Thanks for your reply. I ended up frying up the seasoned pork cubes, then stir frying onion and green pepper along with it...when the veggies were crisp/tender, I added the VH ss sauce and let it simmer a bit. It turned out well and wow so easy! We ate it over egg noodles.
