Hello Everyone,
Well I bought the Astro Original Yogart a week ago and I can not stan it! It was on sale so I thought me and my DH would give it a try. It's watery, and the fruit inside you can not even see lol. To each there own but I will not be going back to this yogart. I usually get Beatrice yogart as it is 2.99 at No Frills and it tastes great to me and my DH So I guess when you got something good don't change it lol.
Thanks for reading!

That is too funny about the cow being cute. I buy expensive teas in pretty tins just for the tins. I know that sometimes, no matter how much I want to save a buck or two, I am just loyal to one brand. My hubby calls us the 'occasional' product snobs LOL. Cheer laundry detergent is my example, and his is Nabob coffee.
Raisin cookies that look like chocolate chip cookies are one of the main reasons I have trust issues.

The Astro Smooth 'n Fruity is much better. Some people like a tart yogurt, I'm not one of 'em.

I agree, Astro yogurt is not so good, but...
Have you tried Astro Plain Yogurt, especially Balkan style? That is amazing! Very thick, with a great taste, just as from farm.
Before that we used to buy Western plain yogurt, but then they started to make that very watery and so untasty. So we changed our usual Western to Astro. And we just love Astro.
You can buy plain yogurt and add fruit and nuts you like. That will be more delicious dessert. Well, but calories and fat will be high.Relax, enjoy your coffee (tea) and earn money! Any time, when you want! http://www.clixsense.com/?5881505

I love Astro Original! It is so fresh tasting and just the right amount of 'tart'. I will be putting my $1 off coupons to good use. I guess this thread just goes to show why there are so man different brands and varieties of products out there.

I'm a total yogurt snob. I've tried pretty much every brand out there and the only one I like is Danone. Astro, Activia, and the like all are just blech to me.. they feel gritty and gross.

that's odd since the texture of beatrice should be thinner than astro because balkan styled yogurts are firmer than stirred yogurts. i like the astro with the fruit bottom for the firmer texture and yogurty tartness. on the contrary, the astro without the fruit bottom (flavour set style) is terribly flavourless.

Love astro original yogurt! I buy plain so we can add our own jam and fruit, or I can use it in smoothies. If I have time, I can also use astro plain as a starter for making my own yogurt- yum! We also really llike their vanilla yogurt, though it's a little sweet!

I actually really like Astro Original! It doesn't have corn starch or other additives like a lot of the other ones do. That's one of the reasons why I like it, but it also may be the reason why you don't like the texture.
I haven't bought yogurt in a long time though. I find it really easy to make myself and a lot cheaper too!
