Move to a warmer climate! LOL.....darn winters make me fat. Excuse I know.
A few tips i've learned while losing weight:
Try to never eat til you're full (food coma), eat til you're not hungry
Eat small snacks/meals constantly throughout the day to keep your metabolism up --- six small meals instead of three
Cold Water (good for detox & cold water makes the body use more energy to keep the body warm), green tea (good for detoxing!) and calcium boosts your metabolism!
Its okay to eat some junk food, have a bit of chips at night... just dont eat the whole bag haha! Learn to limit yourself!
Just some things i follow. Losing weight is a process, you can't lose 10 pounds in a week! Good luck to everyone!!

Watermelon is one of the best snacks to have, there is not much sugar (it's all natural anyways) and lots of water. Before bed maybe not the best time (don't want to be getting up during the night) but in general it is very healthy.
A handful of nuts and some fruit/veg is a great snack.
Take the stairs, walk to a further bus stop, suck in your tummy (activates ab muscles)
Drink lots of water, if you don't like water put in a splash of lemon or lime juice (very good for detoxing and Vitamin C as well)
Cut down (or out) the condiments with your food, loads of hidden calories and fats.
Hihi, the best way to lose weight is to eat more green vegetables, do not eat foods that contain lots of protein. Especially eat fruits such as grapefruit, oranges, grapes, apples, ...
