1. TO ENTER the Canada AM - UK Adventure contest (the "Contest") simply send an e-mail to [email protected] including your first and last name, address, email address, age, ten digit day time and evening telephone number ("Entry(ies)"). An Entry will be rejected if it is not fully completed and submitted during the Contest Period. In the event of a dispute, Entries received on-line shall be deemed to be submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Limit of one (1) Entry per individual per day. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per day, all your Entries will be void. Contest starts at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, April 30, 2012 and closes on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 12:00 noon ET (the "Contest Period"). There is one (1) grand prize (the "Prize") to be won from among all the eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
Prize - There is one (1) Prize consisting of a trip for two (2) to London, U.K.. Trip includes: round trip economy air fare for two (2) from a major Canadian airport in one of the following cities: Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, Edmonton, Calgary or Vancouver, whichever is closest to the Prize winner's place of residence in Canada, as determined by the Contest Sponsors at their sole discretion (hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point") to Gatwick Airport in London, U.K.; seven (7) nights accommodation for two (2) people (based on one (1) room, double occupancy) at the H10 London Waterloo hotel, which includes a buffet breakfast for both guests during their stay; round trip ground transfers between Gatwick Airport and the H10 London Waterloo hotel; one (1) pass for two (2) people for a Royal London Morning Bus Tour; one (1) pass for two (2) people for a Windsor, Stonehenge, Bath Bus Tour; one (1) pass for two (2) people for a Jack the Ripper Coach/Walking Tour; and, admission for two (2) people to Madame Tussaud's Museum or the London Dungeon.
Travel must be completed by Tuesday, April 30, 2013 and the following blackout periods apply: Christmas, New Years Eve, March Break and Easter. Approximate retail value of the Prize is Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) Cdn. based on a Toronto departure.
