they are usually around 8.00(a little over some places) This week (of course to early for coupon to be out) they are just over 6 at Co-op..

I have had both they are delicious (I prefer the summer one) and they work great in smoothies(as I'm on body bi vi I will be stocking up!) Have got them at walmart,co-op so far and i think I saw them and Sobeys(the new flavours)

Should be interesting if all areas receive the same coupons in the Red Plum....here's hoping we get the $2 Europes Best in ours. We deliver papers and usually have a bunch extra dumped at our doorstep. The pay received doing a paper route isn't something to write home about but there are a few side benefits I suppose

hopefully my flyer girl leaves me any extras she has so i dont have to climb into the recycle bin to get them
lol really would love the fruit coupon, my family will eat a bag in one night just to expensive to buy all the time to have them do that

I usually find the regular Europe's Best frozen fruit on sale here for $3.99. Though, last week, Food Basics had Europe's Best on sale for just under $3 (first time I've seen it go that low) & they were already carrying the Fruit Essentials
