wow that expensive? i might as well freeze my strawberries and my own fruit....

I always do that - especially when I find different berries for $1 dollar - I buy lots
Wash & clean
put them in the freezer
they stay fresh for awhile and they taste just like fresh ones if they are packaged properly.

I love to have my smoothie all year long

Food Basics had Europes fruit on sale for 2.74 last week. Still had a bunch of 1.00 off coupons I never got to use Let's hope for another sale soon with these new coupon coming out. Rum smoothies by the pool all summer

The coupon is good on a new product, I saw them only in two stores so far...and the price was sky-high (!) $8.99 regular price, it explains why they offered us $2 off coupon, not $1 off as usual.

priced the same at my safeway - essentials weighs less than reg though.
I'll have tons of inserts as usual - I'll PM ya if we're lucky enought to have the Europes Best coupon included!!

Its coming in friday's paper... Your local paper... Mine comes in the mississauga news... If not.. YOu get it on saturdays in the national post or if you get the toronto star, there's is also in saturdays paper...

so mad. i saw the pile of papers and inserts across the road from me at the building that the delivery guy lives, this morning. just got my flyers and whats missing as always? redplum. i dont understand. either this guy is lazy and doesnt want to insert them for delivery or keeps them or throws them out. wtf? i saw the stack there!!!! i wonder if next time i would get in trouble for opening the ties and taking one. because this is ridiculous.

Got it with my local newspaper..not impressed with the coupons but 2$ off Europe Best is good..even like others says I froze my fruits when they are on sale...much cheaper for smotties

Did you actually see a pile of RedPlum inserts? Some areas do not get the Red Plum. We deliver newspapers and there is one building that we drop off bundles to and they never get the RedPlum insert, although they always get the Smart source and PG coupon inserts. Our papers for delivery come with inserts already stuffed in them.

I was at Food Basics in Toronto on Thursday May 3, and saw a guy stocking the freezer with Europe's Best fruit. They were on for $2.74 and the guy told me it would be that price for 2 weeks. With the $2 off coupon it's at a stocking up price as usually I never see it lower than $3.99 in my area.

And yes, I have a smoothie every morning for breakfast so I will try to hunt down more coupons!

I live in a condo so I never get any redplum or smartsource coupons I actually have my sister mail me hers from Newfoundland, as I have just started couponing and don't have much to offer for trades with my fellow SCers. I was out having brunch at a cafe this morning and saw a Redplum insert in the newspaper pile so I grabbed it quickly and stuffed it in my purse before anyone noticed me stealing it! LOL
