the only good thing about this is we can avoid paying tax at the store with a FPC!

I am lucky enough not to have to pay tax on fpc's... if the manufacturer stated on the fpc that taxes are included no one would have a hassle

I just got my cadbury bar in the mail, it comes with a .50 cent coupon. The chocolate was great.

How ridiculous that they are sending the actual chocolate bar, it's damn hot, Imagine how many will melt waiting for people to get to their mailboxes each day? Crazy, it's a big mess waiting to happen. Does it come in an envelope too?

The bar is in an inner box, which is inside a cardboard sleeve.

not sure how u did it, but I have tried WM, no frills, sobeys and food basics, all charged me full 13% taxes for all my FPC, the one that I recall that didn't charge tax was the cereal FPC. I hate to pay the government more $ for something that is free, I have pay enough tax to the Canadian government already. I have used the $5 chapman coupon at no fills this week for their "collection novelty sale $1.97. I was charged taxes on the full price of the 3 boxes! sad.

yes, this I can confirm, SDM don't charge tax, I have redeem the JF hair dye there priced at $14, and not a penny they ask from me. It was great! I just double checked my coupons just now, a few does say "sales tax if applicable is included in the face value of this coupon" with this stated, that means the store can't charge tax on it. from now on, I will ask the cashier to ring in my FPC separetly so I don't have to do the math.

Mine came completely melted! I put it in the fridge and am sure it will taste good but still, come on, an FPC would have been more practical!

Wow, I didn't realize they would send the actual bar I chose! I hope I chose one I would really like. I will have to check my mail asap everyday as it's suppose to get even hotter for the next couple of days.

Got mine today and had to put it in the freezer. Didn't want to wait to eat it! These are delicious, but have so many calories it's like one square a day!
