    Great find... glad to know that someone actually cares about the News Paper this old..

    its sad to see the LRT full of monrning Metro newspaper scattered on floor, side of seats etc at the end of the day on my way to home... once read who cares for it ...

    I have a Q? Where do you work? I just wondered where you found them. I bought a section of and vintage paper at a thrift store. It had Bobby kennedey's murder on the front cover. I was pretty pleased with my find too.

    Neat! How did you find them? My dad once knocked down a wall at my parents house and found a newspaper from 1939 inside. Apparently this is a thing contractors do in houses sometimes

    I recommend using gloves when you handle them, the oils from the hands are actually detrimental to the paper.

    I left a little time capsule when I did a remodel a few years back... included a few coins, and of course some flyers! We added a cassette tape and a a VHS movie.

    One of my favourite things in old magazines or papers is always the advertisements.
