Had a tougher time as SOF today .... most of the stacks I did were fine - but the dove (2 items were .02 over the coupon and she wouldn't accept the last coupon .... and the skinny cow at 4.99 - wouldn't accept that one either.

The Old Dutch chips were 5/$10 so $2 each (different price than flyer - not sure why) so with the $2 off coups from back east - and the B4G M&M stand up bag free - that was a sweet and salty deal....and all free! Little triumphs for me....

The last 2 trips I took to Red Deer, AB the Olymel Chunks were $12.48 ($2 off). They are good--reminds me of KFC.

I did pretty good at save-on last night... got some of the same great deals previously mentioned + a great cashier that always makes things easier Heres what I used...

(1) skinny cow $5 coupon for free ice cream (glad they accepted it with the penny difference and all! lol)
(3) $2 old-dutch chips coupons for free chips (also on sale for $2 at the save-on here too!)
(1) Europes Best Roasted Vegetable $2 coupons (X2: 1 insert/1 from save.ca)= Free (on sale for $4 here)
+ the (5) Fiber1/Nature Valley FPCs! and a few other fpcs...

...Also noticed the bush beans were on sale...2/$3... so if you used (X2) .50cent insert coupons + (X1) save $1 WUB two (printable from smartsource.ca), they'd only be .50 each! Think that is a good deal? But didnt have any of the printables with me unfortunately.

All in all a great shop! Even gave the cashier a skinny cow $5 coupon after she commented how she really loves the stuff but it is so expensive. She was new and very impressed with how much you can save with couponing... I love it when the cashiers are so interested/happy about the coupons. lol.
