The lip looks like one of those lip-liner tattoes to me. The second looks like self tan badly applied and an over dose of Melanotan-II pills

I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV... But my little opinion on this is that she has a terribly skewed sense of self. Similar to an Anorexic that sees an overweight person in the mirror. This is very sad and this woman needs help desperately.
If she keeps this up she won't see her daughter graduate high school, not to mention walk down the aisle.
I hope she gets the help she needs.
