Not in Sask. flyer
I got it this morning. It is a shampoo and conditioner (50mL each) and it is in a little black box. The cashier didn't even know about them, and the manager came and gave one to me...she said "it's only this little thing..."

i just went there and the cashier told me you have to buy the regular size@ 4.99 and you get the travel size for free
Told her the wording didn't say anything about having to make a purchase. But she said they checked online.
Anyway, i didn't feel like arguing.
I just went in straight to the cashier, ask for the sample, hand her my card and she gave me one, took less then 1 min of time.
will be going to get this in half hour.. freebies on my bday?? WOOOOO!
Attachment 115790 The cashiers at the stores I went to didn't know about it, but they asked their mgrs. :-) Another store was giving them away to customers automatically, I saw that the customers didn't even ask or see they were getting it, or know what it was. Those cashiers tried insisting you needed to make a purchase :nono:, & eventually their mgr said give it to me. It was always a long wait, but worth it! :top:
wow this is so weird how theyre trying to make you buy something to get it. because it def does not say anything about buying something to get it ...... and i didnt have to altho i did. but it wasnt nessessary.
I was there today but had no member card with me. Will be going back there tomorrow.
That looks unclear. It gives the impression that you get both for free (a 9.98$ value) if you have an optimum card, but I Think they probably have a separate, small size for free. Still, free is free. Let us know if anyone finds out for sure.
EDIT: D'oh, didn't see that this post had more than 1 page. Seems like my questions have been answered already!
You have to purchase 2 of the full size shampoo/conditioner to ger the free sample pack. Not really worth it.
No, you don't have to purchase the 2 full size products to get the samples, or purchase anything in the store. If you look at the pic I took & posted from the flyer, you'll see it does not say with purchase. It is clear actually, but since ea. shoppers is run independently, some store managers can interpret it in their own (incorrect) way.
Picked up my sample today and didn't have to buy anything. Just walked in and asked the cashier if they had the samples.
Am totally going tomorrow, but after reading I'll be bringing the flyer with me to the cashier.
The samples are 50ml so not much. No purchase necessary. I got it today and the cashier was kinda snarky.
