I have too many boxes of Rice Krispies and need to use these in some recipes. Anyone here have good recipes, besides the traditional rice krispies squares?

I've heard that rice krispies on chicken can be good, but never tried it. Look here!

I LOVE this recipe (it's one of my all time faves - absolute crack to me).

    1 cup peanut butter
    3/4 cup honey
    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanuts (optional - if don't use, add extra cup of rice crispies)
    3 cups rice crispies

Melt honey and PB in saucepan over low heat and bring to slow boil. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips and stir until they melt. Addrice crispies (and peanuts if you are). Press into greased 9x9 glass pan. Refrigerate before cutting and enjoy

    Rice Krispies chocolate roll
    --------------------------

    1 cup corn syrup
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup smooth peanut butter
    3 Tbsp margarine
    6 cups Rice Crispies

    filling:
    ½ cup margarine or butter
    3 Tbsp milk
    2 cups icing sugar
    2/3 cup baking cocoa
    1 tsp vanilla

In a large pot, on medium heat, bring corn syrup and sugar to boil. Stir in peanut butter and margarine.
Remove from heat; mix in Rice Krispies. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Press mixture into cookie sheet, with buttered hands.
In a small pot, melt 1/2 c margarine (remove from heat), add milk, icing sugar, cocoa and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Spread over flattened rice krispies mixture. Starting at wide end, roll up jelly-roll fashion, shaping and squeezing gently. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for a few hours, until set. With a sharp knife, slice into 1/2 inch slices.

    - this is SO good, doesn't last long when I make it! Freezes well, too.

I recently crushed up some Corn Flakes and coated some potato wedges in it!
I suppose you can do that with Rice Krispies too. They came out really good! Crunchy!

Put it in a cookie recipe!

I just found a recipe that uses Rice Krispies to make home made waffles! They are moist-not so cardboard like-as the ones I've made from the waffle iron booklet. I will try to remember to post the recipe later on tonight
