May 5 Herald, no Red Plum?

Was anyone else's paper missing the Red Plum this morning? I'm thinking about cancelling my paper sub, this is the 3rd time this has happened...

I got mine with flyers this week. If its any consolation it kinda sucks. Only coupon interesting is the 2$ off Europes best frozen fruit. There a coffee coupon that I don't even recognize, nor do I think you can buy it here.

Yeah, Red Plum is kinda eh lately, but its still annoying to not get one when that's the only reason i get the paper.

I rec'd mine in the Herald today.

I raided both my in-law's and brother's papers and they both had inserts.

It was in my newspaper, but nothing worthwhile in it IMO. I often find that to be the case with Red Plum.

I Didn't get my in the flyers this week.. it's so random it sucks!

I got mine,, but in our case i'd phone the newspaper over the inserts,

It wasn't in my paper or with my flyers.

So I called to cancel my subscription, she asked me why, I explained about the inserts. There was no offer to fix the missing insert problem nor any attempt to retain me as a customer. I was a little surprised...Are newspapers doing such a booming business they don't care if they lose a customer? I'm pretty sure not....
