Another Debt brag :)

Well I told you all I'd have an update by May and here it is. :) Dh and I have paid off our 3rd and final credit card :shock: Our very last tuition check was cashed yesterday :shock::shock: and I have been able to save a large (large to us) amount of money :shock::shock::shock: We now only have 2 loans left to pay off. Dh did a dance when i told him our total debt was now under $10,000. We are saving for a down payment on a house, so hopefully we will be moved before fall. Either way I'll let you know how we're doing. Thanks everyone for all your help and advice. :flowers:

But doesn't your post mentions you still have "under $10000 debt still outstanding"... get rid of that too & then start saving for down payment..

Awesome Work Jayne! Rock on!! Keep up the good work and most importantly keep the same attitude about debt. Pay it down, pay it down, pay it down.

When you get that last $10,000 paid off, do a happy dance on top of all your loan statements and then have a lovely campfire and toast marshmallows :) Congratulations!
