Wish I could help but I received mine in a trade also.
Same here! Although it left my hands pretty quickly in a trade. I seem to remember it being on cardboard. Is there something on the back of it, or was it part of a product box?
Mine was paper...traded it fast too.
Mine was on paper as well.
They are from EB Games, the store, LOL! (I'm pretty sure that whats it's called). They sell new/ used video games/ systems.
Some were a giveaway at EB games stores a while back.
