I think some changes should be made to the voting request section: like make it mandatory to have at least 25 posts before they can begin asking for voting requests. Everyone I am voting for there are only 1 or 2 post people never to post again and I think its uncontributory to the forum as a whole if people are just signing up and never contributing.
I have seen sites do this and it makes it worse, they just spam the site to get the posts
In my opinion you don't "have" to vote for anyone, so if you do not want to vote for someone you feel just joined to be voted for dont!
Personally, I avoid the threads in the voting forum. Though I'd like to be able to ignore that area of the forum if it was possible.
Clearly you missed the purpose of this topic. I never stated I "had" to vote for anyone. Re-read the topic. It has to do with the fact people sign up just to spam with voting requests.Quote:
