FPC coupons, do we have to pay tax?

Can someone help me, I just redeem my first FPC the glade expression. I would like to know if I have to pay tax?

good question, i was told by a walmart manager that unless it states taxes are included, you have to pay, and he basically called me a thief for trying to get the cashier to include tax on an fpc that didn't specify. but i read somewhere that unless it says customer pays taxes, they are included. so i'm not sure.

yes, i did pay tax for glade today in walmart, and I had been paying tax at walmart for all my FPC

For anyone who have the Glade free expression, I redeem my at Walmart, didn't have to pay tax. I just told the cashier I don't want to pay tax, she said just tell her that she can calculate the total with tax first. So it must be the first item scan.

Nope, if it is free, it is free unless it is states taxes are not included.

My walmart prefers I leave all my FPCs til the end, then she puts it through as a new transaction to get the taxable amount - if it is more than the max value I pay the difference
