Anybody has the Familiprix coupon policy?
Couldn't find anything on their site.
They give you a hard time about something?
Went to Laprairie on Thursday night. The young cashier was charmante but didn't want to accept them. She had no one to call to check.
On Friday, I called HO and spoke to Annie Brunet who was more than helpful. She confirmed that the coupon for Colgate Optic was OK. She told me that any Familiprix could call her anytime to clarify coupons. She also said unfortunately that Familiprix had no coupon policy.
For the Colgate, she only said to lower the coupon to 99¢. I then called the Laprairie location to explain my coupon and everything was fine. They were all extremly nice and cooperative. Wich is really good because I shop there often so, I wanted it to be clear for the future. Free Colgate. TY Familiprix.
Thanks Wellan, at least now I know if they ever give me a problem to tell them to call Annie.
I'm glad that it got resolved easily for you :)
I'll be emailing HO about their policy. Had a challenging time getting my coupons accepted.
First, the MGR told the cashier to refuse it based on the fact that coupons could only be used on regular priced items. Of course, I asked to speak to the manager. Then, he tried to say that it was "one coupon per customer" because the coupon said "one coupon per purchase". I had to explain the whole "one per transaction" and mentioned to him that I could easily just go to Walmart and spend my money there. He finally agreed to allow them... and then things got EVEN better ....
Another customer was now in front of me in line and purchasing 5 or 6 White Swan paper towels on special @ $3.99 but her total rang in at $29.39. She asked why it was so expensive since her PT was on special and the cashier went to adjust the sale price.
Of course I couldn't keep my mouth shut and mentioned that according to SCOP she should be getting her first package free. Even after I told her "It's the law and if they don't give it to you, you can call this number and file a complaint", the store manager pretended he didn't hear either of us and had the cashier merely adjust the sale price for this lady.
I left that store with the distinct impression that the cashier and mgr had MUCH MUCH love for me.
^^ TBites - you go girl! Whip them into shape! http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-fc/whip.gif
Wow, just reading your post, Tbites, gives me a nervous stomach LOL. I so know that feeling of being in a Familiprix or Uniprix and having to battle your way through every step. Ugh!! Great job though :top:
