Shoppers Gala Brag

I went in to get a prescription filled, found out it was a mother's day gala. So I bought a ticket, figured might as well. So I broke down and bought some polish, they have essence brand now at my shoppers, it was totally worth it.

For a total of $21.00 (including the $10 gala ticket) this is what I bought: a pack of eyeshadow applicators, 11 essence polishes.

For the gala ticket I got: $5 off my purchase, and 20% seniors discount (not sure how she thought a 29 year old was a senior) and received a Gift bag (loreal lipstain, three color maybelline eyeshadow, Loreal nail polish, Loreal mascara).

I won two contests: gold Calvin Klein tote bag/purse, new Rhianna CD, Neostrata eye mask, Neostrata eye cream, and Neostrata eye make-up remover.

It made my night, as I was coming back from a funeral.

This was my first time at a shopper's gala, it was awesome. I wish I had known how great they were before. There is a gala at the other shoppers in town on Saturday. After the other funeral I may go to it as well, it was worth it for the grab bag alone.

Maybe a link exist for this event and where locations they do it? I would love to know if this is all the shoppers of just the beauty ones?I never participate in those evens but for what you got it really interressing meand worth the 10$ investissment

Thanks guys. I just got another phone call and I won a larger draw. I won: Marcelle Eye Cream, Day Cream, Night Cream and BB Cream.

I am so glad and excited. It picked me up after this last week.
