lol I had to laugh. Most of the culprits I found were at Walmart.
I don't know why but I have little patience with drivers here. Maybe because I'm used to driving in England where the tests are much, much harder, roads are narrower, parking space is tighter, you drive a manual and roads are way busier, not to mention the crazy roundabouts (it ranges from tiny ones to large ones, the "best" one is a big roundabout with 5 mini roundabouts around it LOL, see below). Also, If you pass your test in an automatic car, you are not allowed to drive an automatic.
My SIL here in Ottawa passed her test in an automatic and she uses BIL's manual BMW and it's not pretty to watch. Car stalled many times on busy roads or would go backwards when she would drive again uphill at a stop.
