I went over to No Frills earlier to get the Dove bodywash, on sale for $2.99 and I have a bunch of $2 coupons. There was even a pad of CZ coupons on the shelf, but of course they were out of the variety that is on the coupon.

The Optic white, green works is on sale at shoppers 1.99 so use B3S$3... eggs there for 1.99, the children's tylenol at Walmart.

Sobeys Russell lake was giving out Dizolve samples with .50 cent off coupons inside.32 load ones.they are on for 4.50 each.I have extra coupons for them if someone wants some.?

That's where I was. They had plenty of Dove bodywash, but not the Visible Care one that was on the coupon.

Well, some of these I didn't actually go since my family already has a stock, but I thought they were nice deals (at least to my limited knowledge XP).

Shoppers Drug Mart:
Royale toilet paper (16=32) = $4.99 (originally $8.99)
Kellogs Cereal = $2.49 (Fiber Plus [only brown sugar kind at Quinpool] has an additional pin code in the box for a free breakfast item) May 13&14 only. $2.99 for the rest of the week.

Walmart:
Palmolive Ultra Dish Liquid 739ml = $2.00-$1.00 Smartsource coupon = $1.00 (originally $2.74 or something? Can't remember) Zellers is also selling these for $1.99.

By the way, I'm really really new at all this so I was wondering, what does 10AMs mean? And also, sometimes Superstore has Manufacturer coupons on their tearpads, but the terms and conditions at the back are pretty much exactly the same as the Coupon zone coupons (in that they can only be used at places in Canada that sell PC products), so I'm assuming they get treated as competitor coupons rather than manufacturer coupons at other stores?
