    Here are a few highlights....

    no frills
4x pork back ribs $6.55 kg (most sale prices are 4.99/lb or $11.00/kg) these are maple leaf Canadian pork, 2 racks per cryovac pack. They freeze well for up to 6 months
    3x McCain sweet potato fries 2.49 - 1.00 tear pad= 1.49/454g bag
mini carrots .99-.75 produce form Ziploc
bananas .57/lb (.78 is avg grocery store price for me)

    SOF
6x van houtte fair trade organic coffee 12.19/340g bag -12.00 stacks = .19 each, 1.14 total
    Carnation breakfast essentials 9.29 on sale for 7.99 -7.00 stack = .99
    2x simply egg whites 500g 3.29 -3.10 stack = .19 each
    romaine lettuce .69

    Safeway
    pampers box diapers regular 39.99-10.00 club card sale, -10.00 facebook printable =19.99 +gst =20.99 - 2.00 brand saver = 18.99/132 diapers = .14 each
3x mini wheats little bites -3 fpc from love your cereal promo
4L milk free wub3 kelloggs from flyer
Each free box of mini wheats has a pin for free breakfast item

    Kelloggs/Airmiles brag

For the love your cereal promo I purchased the boxes @ Safeway on sale 2 for 8.00, and 100 bonus airmiles wub5 a couple of weeks ago.
10 family size boxes for 40.00
    202 airmiles @.11 = 22.22
10 pin codes for 5 free boxes of mini wheats little bites x 4.99 =24.95
5 pins for free breakfast items, will probably get Activa yogurt x 3.99 =19.95
    4L free milk 4.69

Good thing these cereals don't expire until Feb 2013, but will most likely be gone in about 4 months. Lots of free stuff to make back and then some on my initial $40 investment into the stock pile.

The 202 air miles earned covers 40% of the Hoover vacuum I was able to score with the recent auction/group buy for 500 miles. $165 vacuum for $55 airmile value!

    Thanks for reading

sorry the title was a bit misleading the wub5 was running a few weeks ago.
I opened up the boxes to get the pins, and then used the fpc to get the cereal and milk today. I just wanted to do a breakdown of the promotion/ airmile collection.

Thanks. I don't post much but when I started to enter all my savings I was shocked that my family will be eating cereal that payed for it's self. I just lucked out getting to double dip in both kelloggs promos!
