Master coupon List, where did it go????

The master coupon list used to be a "sticky" under coupons and now it is no longer there. Can someone help me find it please and thanks!

It was not a sticky, people just try to keep it at the top

It would be nice if that changed.
It is an excellent resource that is frequently added to and referred to.
Please ask the mods-that-be to consider this change.
