Went to the Biodome a few years back on museum day.
Waited in line for a while before it opened. Then slowly crawled through the biodome along with hundreds of others.
It wasn't a bad experience, but be prepared for long lines and big crowds. Bring snacks. A sweater if it's cool outside, because we were waiting outside for a while.

I never go to the Biodome on Museum day. There are way too many people in line. I go to Museums I would not visit and/or pay for on regular days.. So the less popular ones..
