These are some of the new Smartsource tear pads just coming out. Maybe starting this weekend at most places. If you're in the west, look for them at Safeway.

Where are these coupons ususally kept??? (don't mind I am a newbie)

Look carefully for them in the aisles of supermarkets or drug stores. They will be stuck onto the shelf edges, often on some mounting hardware or a hanging banner. Sometimes they are hard to see, though. Every time I get to the end of an aisle I stop and look back at the shelves from the other angle and sometimes I spot something I missed. Be sure to check out displays on the ends of aisles and any free standing displays. With a bit of practice, you can develop "coupon eyes".
