Which is the appropriate forum to post information about lottery groups?

I have posted the information in a couple of forums but had the threads moved to the Expired forum without an explanation.

I think it is a topic worth discussing given Canadian spend $5 billion a year on lotteries. Forum members should be making informed decisions. In the posts I offered a explanation on how to choose a good buying strategy with respect to payouts and group play.
