    I logged in last night to see where I was at for the redemption coming up and found that on June 4th there was -7000 pts taken for a "campaign adjustment". huh?? I was thinking maybe I used some BP coupons wrong or something...

    I called and they have no idea what is going on - but others have called with the same issue - and they are "investigating" to see what is happening. In their words "investigating to see where the points are being taken from".

    they said they will get in touch with me when they have figured it out. I am still waiting for a call about 9000 pts that went missing due to what they called a "computer glitch" in December. I asked about that when I was on the phone and they said that they are still working on that one - will get back to me.

    I have -3000 web adjustment , they said I might use the VIB baby coupon twice but I told them I didn't. They promise to add back the 3000 pts but they did not do it.

    I am missing 3500. Same thing... campaign adjustment, but i know i've used some bp coupons more than once, but never at the same time.

    did you use the same coupon more than once? or did you just use a coupon once, and then use a new coupon the next time that might have been similar to the first one?

    am i making sense? haha

    if we use the very same coupon again with the same optimum card, even if it was printed multipple times, i believe that is a no-no.

    please correct me if i am mistaken in my assumption of your BP coupon use

    I am missing 700 pts, can't quite figure out why they adjusted my account. It was taken out on Monday also said campaign adjustment.

    O.k so I figured something out, I keep all my receipts, I like to try to figure out my savings!! My points missing, 770! not just 700 are from May 26 transaction a 20X the points day, they were product bonus points awarded?? I know I spent the $20 on L'oreal products but that was supposed to be 1000 bp? I purchased just over $30 in products and then used $10 in coupons I'm wondering if this is where I lost the product bonus points? Did anyone else who lost points also do the L'oreal spend $20 get 1000 bonus optimum points offer and use coupons??

    Ok, I was able to check mine. I use 3 cards:

    Mine: -8000 points
    DH: no adjustments
    Mom: -1500 points

    All dated for May 4th, with the same "campaign adjustment" explanation.

    Hmmmmm....

    My points balance is correct with no adjustments showing. Still waiting for the 16000 BP (from the coupon mailout WUS$100) that I used last month but the date to post those points isn't until the end of June) but nothing else has changed or been "updated". Good luck getting to the bottom of matters!
