curling iron slash straight iron?

Does anyone know what the tool is that Jill Dunn is using in this vlog? I'd like curl without it looking too "done" and if it comes out like hers I think it would be perfect. Advice Canucks, please! or maybe we have to vote her in to find out? Sneaky...

I think it was like $30.00 at walmart and came with the heat glove. You can also youtube some videos

there is a flat iron with a curling iron built right on it or it could just be a flat iron to do a flat iron curl hold the iron about three inches away from scalp turn iron all the way around do the "tail" of your hair is pointing out again pull slowly down the section of hair until you run out of hair the slower you pull the tighter the curl. im a hairdresser and since discovering you can curl with a flat iron have not used a reg curling iron again'
