Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) awarded to
the Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”). Consisting of:

• Roundtrip airfare for two (2) to Toronto,
  Ontario from the major Canadian airport closest to the winner’s place of
  residence, three (3) nights at The Fairmont Royal York in standard room
  accommodation for two (2) located in Toronto, ON. Approximate retail value:
  $2,000 based on a Vancouver, British Columbia departure.
• One (1) two-hour Room Makeover Consultation for the Grand Prize Winner and
  guest with designers Steven Sabados and Chris Hyndman (collectively Steven and
  Chris) in Toronto, Ontario at a third-party location to be determined.
• A Room Makeover totalling $10,000.
