Picked up 16 Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce today at Walmart. On rollback for $1.97 and with $2 off insert coupon, got 48 cents back. I will keep 4 and give the rest away to 3Fs!!!

The 3 Fs is a great idea.
Didn't you have to pay tax? Nice deal.
I made two trips to Walmart. The second trip I bought 9 sauce and $1.47 in produce(beets). Minus 27 cents in overages, the total bill was $1.20. So no tax. Cashier must of made a boo boo???
Now there is a great story! Money back to shop!
is the sauce still on sale at wal mart?
There is no tax on grocery items. BBQ sauce is a grocery item :)
i believe the sauce is on roll back so should be on sale for a few weeks atleast.
It's kind of astonishing to find out which grocery items are tax-exempt and which ones are not. I tend to review my grocery bills in an attempt to try to memorize which ones are tax-exempt.
Great for you and the foodbank, awesome!
Here is the government guidelines for which food products are taxed vs tax-exempt
