Maybe try changing browsers: I wasn't able to do the 10x vid with Firefox, switched to Safari and it works fine now.

and I haven't been able to get credit for the Daily Channel but do have the daily video10x ... I don't get the 'Search' offer every day, and when I do is only 1 Search not 3.

I sent 2 emails to J. The second time I send email directly, NOT using contact us. Also, I mention my userid in the email too.
