Tara, my offer still stands to you, and you know how I feel about this whole issue. It makes me so angry that our governments can just do what THEY think won't affect anyone very much, and not really talking about the consequences to so many people. I hate the fact that people have to wait so long to get the results of their testing. Waiting is the worst part of the entire thing, not knowing and waiting. I have been saying prayers for you daily my dear, stay strong, you can get through this. Your a fighter and you know I'm here for you.
Tara the $200 fee is new and yes even though I have no income I have to pay. I figure it will pay for a few bricks on the new english super hospital that they are building. That's my future hospital. :)
Thanks kitty and holly, I was out with a g/f today for a coffee to chat my stress away and I actually made myself physically sick due to be stressed about this situation. My MRI is Sunday and hoping to get some answers quicker than they are telling me they'll be.
Tara, so wishing all goes well with the MRI on Sunday. Nice to read that you have a friend to talk to, take care and thinking of you.
Tara, thinking of you and hoping tomorrow show something good. My fingers are crossed and my prayers doubled.....I wish I was there to give you a great big {{{HUG}}}, but I have you in my thoughts. Waiting to hear from you. God Bless you and keep you safe.
Maybe you could get the test results faster from your family doctor?
Thank you Kitty, it's nice to have someone to physically sit with and talk, scream, cry, whatever. And thank you Holly, I absolutely appreciate it.
Princessjen that's actually what will be happening! I had my MRI today which thankfully it only took them 2 tries to get an IV (I have horrible veins) and the receptionist gave me a phone number to call my family Dr with tomorrow and my results will be available by no later than Tuesday afternoon and if he requests the results they will fax it to him! I have an appointment with my family dr this Friday so I suspect I will thankfully get them this week. I still won't meet with my Oncologist until July but this way I will know whether I need to start worrying or look at other avenues as for what is wrong.
Good luck
Tara, good to read the darn MRI is over, its horrible when you have to be a pin cushion, Hugs, keep us updated!
Thinking of you today, Tara and keeping you in my prayers...
Tara, I know what you mean about being a pincushion (I`m a 5 try gal myself :P). Hopefully, the MRI results are good. :)
Prayers offered for you Tara and hopefully this will be taken care of quickly.
Thank you guys I appreciate it. However now the panic sets in. I called the hospital to see if the report was ready for my Dr to request it and they said they weren't sure. Then I get a phone call not 30 minutes later and it's my Oncologists office. I was told the report wasn't infront of the receptionist at the moment but that my Oncologist wants me to come in next week to review the results.
Quick results are good in the sense less time to wait, not good however considering I was told last week they would call me in earlier if something showed on the scan.
Andit, lol human pin cushion, yep I feel that way most times when trying to get blood or a vein. When getting bloodwork and the poor folks are on the 6th, 7th try I always regal them of my hospital experience where the nurses would stand outside of my door arguing over who would come in to do my bloodwork this time because they didn't want to. lol Goodtimes.
Tara my prayers are with you:flowers:. Take it easy and try not to over work yourself with all these political debates on this site;)!
