I have also experienced having different RCSS locations having different policies regarding price-matching and coupons.
Luckily the two RCSS locations nearest to my home are currently quite liberal in their policies.
Your experience may vary.
Always check with the customer service or store management for the current policies.TRADING COUPONS: FOOD, DENTAL, SOAP / BODY WASH/DEODORANT, SPECIAL CREAMS, MAKEUP, HEALTH, AIR FRESHNERS, HAIRCOLOUR, CLEANING, HAIRCARE/ SHAMPOO, DIAPERS, SHAVING, PET, MEDICINE,LAUNDRY, STORES, LONDON BUSINESSES, FAST FOOD, BATTERYPRODUCTS, CHILDREN FOOD and TOY, SMOKING CESSATION and lots more !!

It can get confusing, but it is a common experience that I've had - the two WMs nearest me have different policies when it comes to price-match quantities as well.

The problem with the Loblaws stores right now is that they do not have a coupon policy and thus, each store is doing their own thing. As far as price matching, I'm not sure if this also falls under the coupon policy or not. To avoid getting upset or angry and using gas to drive to the store, just call ahead and ask at the customer service if you can use the coupon and pricematch. If they say yes, remember to get that persons name so if you have a problem, you can say you talked to that person.
We all need a little sunshine every now and then

It also helps if you can get to the store on the same shift that the person who "approved" this transaction is working.
Way less explanation and hassles.
I also really recommend taking the time to get the real scoop on the current price-matching/coupons situation from your local store by having a friendly, (but with lots of questions) chat with the customer service manager.
Having a co-operative, and friendly relationship with the main store staff- really makes it better for everyone.
Most store staff ( at my 4 main shopping stores) love to see me because I try hard to be friendly, organized, co-operative, informed, empathetic and try to make their jobs easier.TRADING COUPONS: FOOD, DENTAL, SOAP / BODY WASH/DEODORANT, SPECIAL CREAMS, MAKEUP, HEALTH, AIR FRESHNERS, HAIRCOLOUR, CLEANING, HAIRCARE/ SHAMPOO, DIAPERS, SHAVING, PET, MEDICINE,LAUNDRY, STORES, LONDON BUSINESSES, FAST FOOD, BATTERYPRODUCTS, CHILDREN FOOD and TOY, SMOKING CESSATION and lots more !!

I have an RCSS near my house and I take the extra time to go to Walmart - Just get the flyer from RCSS and go somewhere else... they seem to always have an "someone is price matching" eyeroll and attitude when I go there - no more for me!

I called head office and got a call back from the loblaws customer service rep. "Mahaw". Apparently they do have an official coupon policy. Just not for price matching. She told me that there are now no more stacking coupon zone coupons with manufacture coupons, and only one coupon zone coupon per person, per day. "as stated on the back of the coupon" She told me we are allowed to use them on already on sale items though even if it says can not be combined with any other offer. She also told me that loblaws has spent a lot of money on lawyers to draft this coupon policy up and all the stores are supposed to follow by those rules... However, they are individually owned soooo each might do things differently???
So confused... Better call in first because it still makes no sense to me why they would put stacks and stacks of coupon zone coupons out with such early expiry dates if you are only allowed to use one. They make us pay for our own bags because they claim they are going green but they don't care that Trees are dying!! Come on!
