I've recently reorganized the small stockpile of deodorant DH has, because I've noticed that he's been using the ones marked for 2013/2014 expiry. He pulled out the oldest one the other day and the bottom of the tube turns but the deodorant won't budge.
Is there a way to get it out of the container without digging it out and remelting it? I thought about putting it into the old container, but once the deodorant screws upwards, it won't go back down. This thread is currently associated with: N/A

I had this problem with some Secret antiperspirant. I called and got a FPC for a new one. They said they had a manufacturing problem at one point. I unscrewed the screw and was using a stick to push it up from the bottom.

That's a good idea. This one is Axe anti-perspirant where the entire bottom piece is the screw. I'm not sure if it can just be broken off and pushed through. The tube is recently expired though so I don't think they'll be very understanding about the issue.
