Store Policy's In Langley?

Hi, I live on the Island and I am just helping a friend who recently moved to Langley, coupon.
Can anyone give me any info on the store policy's in Langley? I have the "written" policy, but what each store actually does seems to be different in every town.
Like Does your LD and SOF stack? And the wording they accept there.-ie do they accept offer or coupon offer?
Or if your walmart accepts coupon zone or SOF coupons as an ad match? if so can you use a coupon?
Will your walmart ad match a BOGO from another store ie safeway or SOF?
I know some of there are NOT store policy, but some, like my walmart does.
Any help would be appreciated.

LD in Langley stacks, but no SC Johnson's, no " not valid with other coupon offers", both SOFs' and Pricesmart stack - no P&Gs', sometimes no " one coupon per purchase" and coupons total can not be over the product price (sometime you can get thru - hit & miss ), S.O.F. at Willowby does not take printables other than the FB's & their owns that sending out thru emails. The Langley PriceSmart most of time can be difficult stacking and some of the cashiers there might even tell you that no stacking allowed.
I like the PriceSmart at Clayton crossing (FraserHway & 188??) better.
