I don't think it will. Everything I've read so far hasn't indicated that it does. Some of the user comments I've read said that it doesn't (although that's not an official word on the matter).
I think at some point they'll do like a "Gold Edition" with the base game + expansion + DLCs though. That won't be for quite some time though.
