I'm pretty sure I'll be able to make it. How about the Markham Village Library on hwy7 and markham rd?? They have study rooms with big enough tables I think.

There is a library at Bathurst and Clark. I think there are some tables just at the entrance to the library where we don't have to be too quite. We might be too loud for the study area, unless it's possible to reserve a room.

The Promenade Mall in the food court could work (and there is an M&M meat shop just out side the mall in case anyone has coupons they need to redeem.)

Another option I'd like is the seating area in the Real Canadian Superstore on the 2nd floor. It's not crowded, no need to whisper, there are lots of tables and they are movable.

frugalgirl- I hope you can come. I chose Thursday because I thought you would come but it doesn't work so we have to do on Wednesday. You can bring your kids with you if you want.

Thanks for thinking of me Ceren! LOL bringing the kids with me would be a disaster though. Their bedtime is 7:30/8 and they need to be up at 6 the next morning, so I don't want to mess with it. They are are also at the ages where they are into everything, so I wouldn't be able to concentrate on coupons at all. If hubby is ok with taking on bedtime duties solo I will try and leave at 6:30 and meet with everyone at 7. Can someone give me the exact address of the RCSS to plug into the GPS? What city is that considered? Thornhill?
