Question: Playtex bucks/ coupons

Not sure, if I am posting the question in the right forum or not.

In the past few months I have contacted playtex twice via email requesting them playtex bucks/coupons to be used towards Diaper Genie Refills but never got a response from them/neither coupons. So, today I called them and was told by the customer service that they don't have bucks/coupons available and to check their site and social media sites from time to time. I want to know if they have suspended their bucks/coupon program? I really need their bucks for my daughter

Maybe they dont just send them anymore. I got 1 $5 one recently because my baby was using the Binky Pacifier (9months old) and it was just hanging by a little piece of the silicone when I grabbed it! I dont know how a baby could do that I had to send it back to them and they gave me $5 off I traded it I dont feel comfortable with the products now and the customer service agent I spoke with should not have been in Customer service!
