be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:

(a) be a legal resident of the province of Ontario

The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“ET”) on May 22, 2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on June 4, 2012

one (1) entry per person per e-mail address per day

There are ten (10) prizes (the “Prizes”; each, a “Prize”) available to be won by the Prize winners (the “Winners”; each, a “Winner”) each consisting of: two (2) admission tickets for the performance of “Lost In Yonkers” taking place at the Jane Mallett Theatre in Toronto, Ontario on June 7, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Each Prize has an approximate value of One Hundred and Sixty-Three Dollars and Eighty-Six Cents (CDN $163.86).
