At our store all cashiers are being spoken too about making sure they are treating customers using coupons nicely and being respectful to them because it is not a loss to our store in any way (as us couponers know). HO has also sent out a memo to all stores making sure all cashiers and supervisors are treating any customers who are price matching with respect as there is no reason to treat them any other way - they arent doing anything wrong. I guess some other fresh co's have had some complaints that they are treating PMers very poorly just because they are price matching. HO is working really hard to get couponer and PMers in our doors and to keep coming back

Someone in my family was price matching 4 units of a particular item and they were told that you can only PM 2x of each item , so they only bought 2x of that particular item after the PM instead of 4x.

I understand if people are clearing the shelves or something, but 4x is a very reasonable amt.

If Frescho is accepting it , I guess Sobeys their parent company should also start accepting them soon

Sobeys has a distribution deal with Target , where all the groceries in the new Target stores in Canada will be supplied by Sobeys..so I guess Sobeys must have thought that if Target accepts printables we might as well start accepting printables in our family of stores like Price Chopper, Sobeys, Freshco etc

Someone in my family was price matching 4 units of a particular item and they were told that you can only PM 2x of each item , so they only bought 2x of that particular item after the PM instead of 4x.

My local Freshco imposes a price-match limit of three of the same items.

Finally accepting printables, its about time, some of the cashiers at my frescho In carleton Place are very rude about coupons.

I refuse to PM at my local Fresh-co because it is a nightmare. They would only PM if the item was in their flyer as well as in the PM flyer and then the limit was one.

Maybe they are going to try and compete (finally). I know the locations in my area and right close to either a No-frills, or Walmart and RCSS so I just took their flyer elsewhere.

hi, first post here, i shop at frescho, recently i had the buy 2 save $3, on oil of olay, i purchased 2 bars for $2, does frescho give overage like walmart does?

Definetly contact HO because that's complete wrong and that store will be in trouble for doing so

HO says 2 to keep the lines moving quickly. However the store has a right to change the limit, my store does allow 4 (my owners are amazing)

Call your fresh cos about the printable! Don't just speak to a manager (other department managers won't know) speak to someone in cash office or front end

This is exciting news, though my local Freshco can be very picky when taking coupons. I've heard cashiers talk amongst themselves (but loud enough so I could hear it) about how annoying coupons are. I'm not expecting the best experience when this comes into play. I'm hoping the website gets updated soon so we have something official to refer to.

Also hockeylover, where is your store? Sounds like I want to go to that one!
