Yes the protein bar is free, and also on the front of the insert it says have a protein bar on us. If I'm right they had the same offer last year, but I'm not sure how these taste. I was not able to find any, but then I didn't look that hard either.

Can someone in Hamilton please let me know when they get them? I used to get the red plum and brandsaver in thespec freepress bundle/flyers that comes earlier in the week with the shoppers and sears flyers but I didn't get last months redplum and my flyers just came today with no redplum or brandsaver. I have put in a call to the circulation department and am waiting for a call back but I'm kind of wondering because we got a new delivery person right before I stopped getting them.

I still have protein bars in left from last year!! lol!! They aren't too bad, I find them good for working out. I donated quite a few to the shelter last year as well and they said they were a hit.

Thanks for posting. If anyone has the protein bars ones to trade, I would love some, they are great for hubby, he works 24 hour shifts and sometimes they don't get to stop for meals.
