is this all fabriclands?
I was in Edmonton, but the lady said the flyer will be out shortly, so I guessing Yes!
im from niagara falls, ontario area so hopefully!
that would be good.. i need to vamp up some old clothing... great time to do so
hopefully we get it here in toronto, that would be awesome!
hmm, thanks for the head's up. I'll have to keep an eye out for the flyer.
The fabricland near me has moved so many times, I can't remember where it's gone, lol. Hopefully still around....
I do love to read flyers to see if pattern deals and the nice fabrics are on sale. The current sale is pretty good if you want to find home decorating fabric ends for $5/m. for recovering a chair seat or making a small curtain for a door or window. Towelling choices are limited-white with a coloured stripe or two.
I find the floral fabric offerings pretty dismal here in Hamilton, ON--just try finding that watercolour floral type fabric (featured in designer clothes and some sewing magazines) in the shops...the selection tends to be more like wallpaper florals of the muted variety.
Burlington store has a really good selection of linen fabrics.
@hayl_hoop-there are usually 3 different Fabricland flyers, depending on which area you are in. In Ontario, there are some Fabricland locations that don't follow the main flyer but have their own deals specific to their stores. I sometimes see some similar deals at the same time in two different flyer areas but not always.
thanks!! i need a new tablecloth, will check the store on june 4th
Current flyer for most of Ontario is in effect to June 5-focus is on home decor and outdoor fabrics, with spring/summer fabric deals-hey, notice the fashion linen deal:

Current flyer for BC to MB-focus is on outdoor fabrics-store locations are shown on page 3:

Thanks! Wonder if they have Vinyl as we need to re-cover the back seat in our boat...will check it out!
@carlycanada-As long as you go to a Home Dec location of Fabricland, you will see vinyl. Check both the clearance area as well the regular outdoor fabric area to see what options are best for you.
I was disappointed at the lack of orange and gold type options (well, there was a shiny dark orange poly fabric but it had no design and no interest for me) for tablecloth fabric but woohoo I spotted the cotton placemats (bundles of 4) on sale basket-picked up two orange/lilac/yellow striped bundles and one bundle of dark fushia/blue placemats and will stitch them in a long runner that will cover most of the dining room table. At $5 per bundle, hello new tablecloth/runner in colours I love in 2012!
I have not seen embroidered linen in Hamilton's stores so it's off to Burlington to score some if it is not already sold out. Can't miss that linen deal as a family member wants a summer outfit.
Thanks! Ciel...We will check it out...only the middle cushion needs to be re-done...has a big tear in it from getting on/off the back swim deck.
Glad you found some great deals! :)
i wonder how long it will last.....
