Flyer inserts

I am new to this website and not totally sure if i am posting in the correct section, i apologize If i am not. I am just super curious, a young mom looking to save money on groceries, baby items etc.! i see all these posts about flyer inserts with coupons .. or newspaper inserts with coupons. im near niagara falls , Ontario .. so if someone close could help me out on where I could get my hands on these that would be great .
