Holly, one of the best things I enjoyed about teaching primary and elementary was having kids fill out sheets like that - it's absolutely amazing what's in their heads.

But I always told parents - don't believe everything you hear from your kids about what happened at school, and I won't believe everything they tell me about your home life!
