One Direction Concert in Toronto reviewer pass give away

Hi, me and my friend run an entertainment blog and were were given one review pass to the One Direction concert in Toronto. We're currently in Ottawa and won't be able to reach Toronto for the concert so we decided to give the pass away, to enter, you just have to enter your email on our site. Really not sure if this is against the rules because this isn't a referral link, if it is against the rules though please let me know and I'll take this post down.
