I have a j&J fpc and was wondering do you get points on it an can you use any of the VIB coupons with it?

No, you don't get points for FPCs. They enter them as a code 2002 instead of 2001 so that you don't pay taxes, but you also don't get points.
You *might* be able to ask them to enter it as code 2001 so that you can get the points but pay taxes, but they don't have to say yes, so...
