I had a budget of $100 for shopping and ended up spending $170 :frown: Whoops!
I had a craving for chocolate late last night. This rarely happens. Usually I crave salt.
Anyhoo, it was 10:30pm and nothing near me was open, and well, I'm already in my jammies anyway, so I'm snooping around the kitchen to see what will fit the bill. I opened the freezer and what should my wandering eyes see? Two solid easter bunnies from Easter. My kids had gotten tired of the chocolate and asked me to freeze what was left last April.
Soooo....I get out my knife and start sawing a hunk off one of the bunnies. Hilarious thing was, the chocolate was frozen so it was hard to cut through.
(I know...what moron cuts through frozen chocolate? hehe. I'll tell ya-- a desperate one does!!! ;) )
Anyway, as I'm sawing away the knife slips and nicks my finger a little bit and I thought, "omg! Be careful! Because how are you going to explain why you have to get stitches on your finger if you do a real number on yourself???"
So, I confess that I stole a slab of chocolate from my kids to fix my fix. :embarassed:
