yep I was just coming to post that...how freaking sick can one person get?? Apparently they found his apartment covered in blood and he had already packed up and fled. So there is a Canada wide warrant for him right now.

EDIT: Apparently the hand was being sent to the liberal headquarters.

The victim is Asian and appears be in his 20s or 30s.A movie poster for Casablanca can be seen on the wall over the man’s body, which is lying on a bloodied bed.A copy of the edited, ten-minute video clip was posted on a controversial Edmonton-based website that trades in images of human death, dismemberment and mutilation. The Citizen is not naming the site.
