my very legit print-at-home websaver.ca coupons are refused at Price Chopper. Their website and store signs clearly indicate they WILL accept those coupons. What changed?

When you finally get a good PC plus offer(15000 pts for every 150 you spend), and point offers on stuff you actually need but the store that price matches(No Frills) doesn't sell half the stuff on your list.
