stupid people... today hubby had to remove people off the roof of our building because they thought it was a perfectly acceptable place to hang out and have a sun tan!, i mean really you can see the small ladder is meant for service only, and there's a padlock on the hatch.. it's probably not a place open to the public

Or they took the Rogers ad (two years ago) with those parkour actors way too seriously and did some roof hopping of their own. But had they tanned too long, they would have found it hard to descend on the small ladder afterwards. Your DH saved them from themselves. Not sure that hot asphalt is an ideal tanning bed...

Me upon noticing a sidewalk closed sign halfway up the north sidewalk on the main road tonight. OK, I need to cross the muck and curbing. Get to other side-sidewalk has been removed and ground has been bulldozed like a rollercoaster track for about half the block. No sign. Ha ha, at least the work crew intends to replace the sidewalk.

The ones closest to you probably will find out sooner than the others that they overlooked your new haircut. Shine on and rock that hair (feel free to crank some tunes).

Beef: automotive/collision debris scattered on edge of road/adjoining properties (we're talking broken auto glass, misc. plastic parts, hoses, random personal effects like travel mug or bevvie container, and tire shreds) that live on and on after the incident. Has the 3D printer world come up with on-demand print your own vaccuum trucks to deal with such messes when police/municipal public works employees don't?

There's a particular size flat washer everywhere on parking lots and road shoulders. Either I should figure out a way to tap into the scrap metal market or consider metal jewelery making (certain metal tire inflation caps abound too).

3D printers, can you melt down some metal for me?

sigh.....was it too much to ask the Jays to hold onto their THREE RUN LEAD at the top of the 9th inning? Nope, they did not.....Astros did them in in the bottom of the 9th.....sigh.....

when you see grocery store bakery employees sorting loaves of wrapped bread on the dirty ground of the bakery department

then they load the sorted loaves on a bakery rack and wheel the racks away

really hope they don't try to sell those loaves that were on the dirty ground

Just playing devil's advocate here... How 'dirty' is the ground, really? and If they're wrapped does it really matter?

You should call up the store ask for the store manager and let him or her know what you saw the bakery staff doing.

Yes. Told the store manager before leaving the store.
Was wondering why the bakery staff didn't grab some shopping carts to sort the bread
